• Airparks Drop and Go Staff extremely rude and short apart from the bus driver who picked us up from airport. Found my car messed up items fell off dashboard that are fastened there and in 2 years never fell off before. Wonder if someone did a race or was just throwing things around in car?

• Airparks Drop and Go Instructions to car park need to be clearer I spent 30 mins looking in the totally wrong area it is quite a distance from the airport. Also asked for disabled parking n my car was in the tightest spot imaginable another passenger had to climb in through my boot to reverse the car out when arrived to head home

• Airparks Drop and Go I had to drop my elderly parents off first at the airport, then go to car park. It took a long time to get back to them as the bus had just left when I finally got to the check in desk. There was quite a queue.
  I changed my parking to meet and greet as I didn’t want my parents to have to wait an hour for me. The valet parking vaunt easy to find and we had to negotiate a dozen or so parents edges with a wheelchair and suitcase trolly. Exhausting. The car was waiting and the young man couldn’t have been more helpful . He loaded suitcases and was very kind and polite.
  I would use the car park again but with a drop off at the airport and pick up from airport.

• Airparks Drop and Go We use this facility when we travel to London on the train!
  It’s so easy & works really well for us. Monorail to the station from the airport takes very little time.
  Don’t leave parking your car till the last minute though, they run for airport times, not train.
  Much cheaper than parking at the station.
