  • Airparks Self Park Staff @ Mere Green were very helpful.
    Suggest that The Airpark System ought to be able to predict how many people would be waiting @ BHX so that an additional coach could be provided to deal with a high level of waiting people to avoid a FULLY packed trip to the Car park and Leftover people.

  • Airparks Self Park The car park was extremely easy to find with sat nav using post code provided. We self parked for security reasons and was quick and easy. The transport to the airport was comfortable, roomy and warm and came within 5 mins of parking the car. On return, we went to the bus stop we were told to and waited again for only 5 mins til pick-up. Would highly recommend.

  • Airparks Self Park Staff need to be more confident that you have booked self-park. There also needs to be better pre-arrival guidance on how to just drive straight to self-park. Getting out in the rain twice is a nuisance.

  • Airparks Self Park Staff on reception were very helpful and was good to see that they observed 2 mins remembrance silence when we arrived. Coming back we had just missed a bus and was quite a wait for the next one. Also for some reason exit barrier didn't work so we had to use intercom to sort this. We used self-park as items were taken from vehicle on a previous occasion. Would use again.
