The pick up from the airport was slower - a need to provide more mini buses at busy times perhaps? But close and relatively cheap so would recommend

• ShortRun by Airparks It was simply the BEST airport car parking experience I have ever had! VERY easy to get to (Birmingham BHX airport)from the M6 (J4), with excellent directions. A friendly greeting at the entrance with instructions given exactly where to park. Bus stop (sheltered) close by and minibus arrived within
  a couple of minutes. Five minute ride to the airport.
  On return the minibus soon arrived within a couple of minutes. Friendly driver took us straight to our car.
  Service could not be faulted at all and we will certainly be using again. Have already recommended to friends and family since we got back.

• ShortRun by Airparks Sadly 3 our of my 4 interactions with BCP were good. The 4th was abysmal, and of course that is what sticks in my mind. Upon arrival back in Birmingham I went to Bus Stop A and as it was late (approx:30pm) and cold I stood inside the bus stop. There were quite a few other people there, both inside and outside the bus stop. There were no buses of any description around. After about minutes a bus arrived. I did not recognise it as yours but decided to ask. As I did I was then told by some of the other passengers who had been waiting outside the bus stop that your bus had stopped - but had not actually come to the bus stop - and had just departed! It had apparently stopped right at the start of the lay-by, despite the fact that there were no other buses in the lay-by! WHY WOULD HE DO THAT????? And at least he should surely have walked down to the bus stop where there were quite a few people waiting. As I was inside the bus stop, my view of the rest of the lay-by was blocked by people standing waiting outside. When the next bus finally came he stopped right outside the bus stop, and had no explanation for why the other driver would not have. Such a shame, as the people I dealt with on drop off, and the other driver were very helpful. I had read in other reviews about other people having problems with pick up so I made sure to double check with my drop off driver exactly where I should wait, to ensure there were no delays, especially at such a late hour. Surely you must be able to train your drivers to be more considerate on pick up????
