• Airparks Drop and Go Staff were great everything very smooth. Only thing that could improve is transfer back from airport. whilst nobody is at fault, when you arrive back at airport you just want to get back to your car and hit the road as fast as possible. I know there are more expensive options and this isn't a criticism just would be good if scheduled pick ups were available so we knew exactly when we would get back rather than waiting and hoping to get on a bus with so many other travellers. I've used you several times and happily recommend. Just saying this to be helpful

• Airparks Drop and Go The return journey difficult in that APH bus situated in same stop therefore when asked was this air parks bus stop he did not answer so we got on wrong bus with amin journey there and back to airport. When bus finally arrived your bus driver was extremely considerate and helpful especially in retrieving our car keys so I must thank him for that because I didn't know what to do, for I had not used your car parks before

• Airparks Drop and Go Our flight from Birmingham was canceled. BCP wouldn't allow us to use the fee at Manchester so we lost our money!
  When we booked we actually went into the site to extend our cover, but were so annoyed by the way in which we were lured into one offer only to find that we actually had to paid another fee to get complete cover!
  Lessons learnt as they say... but you need to know that you aliant customers using those kind of tactics.
  If we had got full cover with one fee we would have taken it.
