• APH Our Sat Nav was stolen from our car, whilst in your ‘safe’ keeping. An incident form was completed and I was told that the manager would phone me as soon as he came in. Over 24 hours later and I’m still waiting. Emailed and left answer machine messages. No response.

• APH No problem with car park but we waited over half an hour for transfer bus back from airport to APH. When it did arrive we had to sit and wait on bus for over 10minutes before it departed. Wouldn’t use again. No one wants to be kept waiting that long for a transfer at end of their holiday

• APH Found the carpark quite a way from the airport, took quite a while in rush hour traffic. Returned to find car covered in dust. Was offered for it to be cleaned but just wanted to get home.Would use again but not that carpark.
