  • Car Park 1 i got there cctv cameras did not recognise my number plate.told security git given ticket. ticket i was given when i left car park asked for money told security.

  • Car Park 1 This time my car registration didn't appear to get recognised. No idea why as it worked in December with you at the same airport. Staff were helpfull enough on entry and exit though so all OK. Would have been 10 otherwise!

  • Car Park 1 Car Park 1 at Birmingham is within a couple of minutes walking distance from the terminal, the only issue I had was when we left. The barrier did not acknowledge my reg so I had to see assistance via a button which was a bit embarrassing
