  • Long Stay Confirmation ref Z75DJ, pre paid from 4:00pm on 24/02/18 until 4:00pm on 04/03/18 but trying to exit before 4:00pm it said we had overstayed. Ringing the assistance at the barrier they had us down for the 3rd and said there was a mix up somewhere. They eventually sorted things out and lifted the barrier but it was inconvenient and worrying and it was a good job I had the foresight to have a printout of the confirmation ready in my pocket and not in my luggage. I had it ready as the ticket said ‘pay on exit’ which should have said ‘prepaid’ or similar. I’m not impressed and I’m only saying that I’ll book with BCP again as I don’t know where the mix up originated.

  • Long Stay Despite having cancellation insurance, you refused to refund my cancelled booking. I understand your T&C's about cancelling within 24 hours, but I was only given 8 hours notice by the airline who cancelled my flight. Your customer service is shocking and I feel cheated. You have your own cancellation insurance and could afford to refund me. I will never book through you again. Bunch of thieves.
