• Long Stay Everything was perfect. We parked near shelter on arrival as it was raining. Bus came within 10 mins. On return we were quickly transported to our parking bay. Bus clean and driver friendly.

• Long Stay I pre-booked parking, but when I arrived at the car park it was full, so I was redirected to another car park at the airport. Actually, that car park was easier to park in and closer to the terminal, but I was still surprised that spaces weren't available for advance bookings.

• Long Stay Although I had prepaid, when I tried to exit the park at the barrier, it indicated I needed to pay £100 to enable my exit ticket. However, a fine call to your operative soon resolved the situation.

• Long Stay Bristol is not very organised, followed signs to additional spaces, only to find there weren't any. Took ages to find a space that someone else was vacating in a muddy unmade area as far from the terminal as possible.Road Building works goin on all around parked cars, ours had scratches that weren't there when we parked our car. I would not use this airport again. BCP at Gatwick is far more organised and properly laid out.
