• Long Stay 2 No buses going around to pick up; walked up to the airport on a hot day with a load of luggage and two buses parked up just waiting, thought at least one could be picking up? On the way home as everyone on our flight departed the airport again two buses parked up but this time they decided not to wait for the people just coming out of the airport and both departed more than half empty! What's going on! It was really cold hanging around so again we decided to walk with a load of luggage - not impressed! Bristol Airport does much better.

• Long Stay 2 Painless operation. Arrived at the car park. The barrier recognised my number plate instantly. Parked the car within 5 minutes and was in the terminal within another 5 minutes by shuttle bus. Would definitely use again. It would be great if BCP could be slightly more competitive with other airport parking operators within the airport vicinity. Great overall service. Thanks

• Long Stay 2 Excellent all round. Easy to book, smooth passing through the barrier on arrival, seems to be well used by travellers, picked up by the bus transfer. Though the return flight was delayed, the staff in the airport reassured me that this would not be a problem. As it was raining, it was comforting to be picked up by the bus directly to my car. A hassle-free experience

• Long Stay 2 Once again a smooth transition in and out of the car park. It does amaze me however that the long stay 2 has so many cars parked there as there are so little flights out of Cardiff Airport. Are cars being stores there??

• Long Stay 2 all exultant and went well the only downfall was I could have stayed longer in my destination I approached yourselves to extend a week but was told the extended price worked out nearly the price of a flight ticket just under £140 my parking was £42 ish but as you say not changeable perhaps you can look at allowing changes in the future yours truly Jim Smith
