• Long Stay 2 Improve exit, was stuck at exit, barrier would not open had to wait 10 mins for assistance. Make it more clear that ticket is not to be used if per paid.

• Long Stay 2 When we arrived at the airport there was no bus to pick us up we had parked in Between row v-w which is a very long walk from the airport and the time was 4.30 pm coming home got in at 5am in the morning thought great we could see the bus outside the departures and has we were walking over the bus drove off with no one on and again we had to walk back by now we are very tired and want to just get to the car so we can get home long day before flight and three and half hours flying and two and half driving you just hope the bus is there for you and the five to ten minutes wait well that's not true. if I was disabled It would have been a nightmare.

  Main concern was poor signage between car park to direct on foot route to the terminal and lack of frequent bud connection

• Long Stay 2 All disabled spots were full and we had to park in row X the furthest place from the terminal. I dropped my wife off in a bus stop and then went searching for a free space. It would also help if there were a little more exit signs especially for anyone leaving in the dark.

• Long Stay 2 Had an issue with the number plate recognition, but this was quickly resolved over the intercom.
  Shuttle bus service was excellent.
  The only reason you did not get a 10 was because we spent 20 minutes driving around looking for a parking space - perhaps there could be signs directing us to spaces or an attendant who could direct people.
