• Long Stay It was not clear which exactly the BCP car park was. I went into the Premium one by mistake and had to back out!!!! The attendant sorted it out politely and efficiently so that was a good thing.Please improve signage.

• Long Stay Number plate recognition didn't work. No good having fancy technology that doesn't do wot it's there for. But other than that nice to park very close to the terminal building. Not enough places to return your case trolley to after you've finished with it, long walk back to terminal with it. Good directions and good price if it wasn't for two bad points you'd have a 10.
