• Low Cost Everything was great, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was no wait at either end for the bus to the airport, even though we arrived home at 3.30am and phoned from the courtesy phone - by the time we walked to the stand the bus was pulling up. Thanks!

• Low Cost My wife and I had no complaints over leaving our car at Low Cost Parking and being driven by coach to the airport, none at all. However on our arrival back into Edinburgh 11 days later, your company really need to get their act together. Our plane landed at 11.50 pm, and as we had only hand luggage with us, I phoned Low Cost after we were through Passport Control to let you know we had arrived , and giving my name as requested. The person I was speaking to didn't really sound all that interested with the tone of his voice and I was told , as I knew I would be, to go to Gate 7 and we'd be picked up,. So we carried on through the Airport and were in the Corridor and at the point where we were directly across from Gate 7 ( the Corridor is totally transparent, and the coaches face the Corridor when in their stands )) could see there was a coach already at Gate 7, and as we had less than 50 yards to go until we reached it, were astounded to see the coach in Number 7 Bay reversing out and heading out of the Coach Park. The time was 12.15 am. I phoned Low Cost again to ask how this could happen as I had phoned you less than 10 minutes before and you had my name and knew we were making our way to Gate 7 , but now your phone was on messenger service . So we had to wait. We had just come back after 2 weeks in Spain so we're still trying to adjust to the change in temperatures which are normal in Scotland, More people were arriving at Gate 7 but still no coach after my wife and I had been waiting 15 minutes. So I tried phoning Low Cost again but still you were on messenger service and not answering. Coaches were arriving and departing with passengers at regular intervals from all the other Bays, but Low Cost passengers which were increasing in number , were still standing there waiting for your service. At 12.45 am we saw what we hoped was our coach approaching Gate 7 , and my wife and the other passengers moved forward freezing with cold, as the driver came out, only to be asked by the him, who, like the voice on the phone when I phoned you on our arrival at the airport, ,didn't seem all that interested in customer care, asked if we were Flying Scot customers. Most if not all of the people there said that we were Low Cost, and unbelievably he said that we have to go to Gate 5 as he was only there to collect Flying Scot customers and the Low Cost Coach would be there in a couple of minutes. I said, to him, that I my wife and I had been waiting half an hour since the last coach had left, and he said to me bluntly,
  that it had been nothing like half an hour since the last coach had gone. He moved away to see if there were any other passengers for him to collect which if there were , would be few, and we trudged over to Gate 5 to wait for another coach to arrive from Low Cost Parking. It did arrive about 5 minutes later to at last take us back to collect our cars. Your service on this occasion was worse than bad, it was appalling. I have used your service several times, and have experienced waiting 10- 15 minutes for a coach to arrive, but this was the worst by a long way. The departure of the coach from Gate 7 when we were only about 50 yards away was the start of it, the fact your phone at Low Cost was on messenger service added to my dissatisfaction, the wait for another coach to arrive was ridiculous, and then when it did arrive, we were asked who was going to Flying Scot as that was where he was going.? What happens to the information that you already have of the names of the passengers who have phoned you to tell you we're there. The driver would then know who aregoing to Flying Scot and who are not. There are many Car Parks arou

• Low Cost We had quite a wait to get to the airport as there was only the 1 bus operating. If we had not been able to catch the 2nd bus we would have probably missed our flight and we arrived at the car park with 2 hours to spare! There were many people looking to catch early flights (7am) and you should have had more busses operating. The return journey pick-up was fine.m

• Low Cost On arrival the attendant was unfriendly to say the least. He was moody, unhelpful and rude not only to our party but other customers. On collection the staff member could not have been more helpful, he even pumped up our tyre as it was a little low. Complete contrast in customer service skills

• Low Cost difficult to find travelling from opposite direction to instructions on web site and sat nav kept taking us somewhere else. on arrival young man on reception not too friendly, all other staff fine. travelled with wheel chair didn't advise before journey to airport, but did when ringing to get collected, but both ways had to lift my dad on the bus as no adaptation
