• Low Cost Arrived on time and handed over my car
  On returning my car was parked in a garage and as I approached I immediately noticed a large chip in the centre of the rear bumper.
  I pointed this out and the staff appeared uninterested. Response was an offhand “just fill in a formâ€
  I completed this which requires you to write in or email . I telephoned and was asked to forward images and that an enquiry would take place and all employees questioned and cctv checked. Advised it could take a week. However within a few hours I received a reply saying enquiry carried out, nothing to prove damage caused and pointing me to s paragraph in terms and conditions saying my car would be checked on arrival and I could be present at a cost of £5 and I should get extra insurance for same. Another shoddy lack of empathy or professionalism. I have asked to see their initial report of my car and await their reply. Don’t expect much tho!!!!!

• Low Cost Everything went well for us dropping off the car, but not so good in return. The larger bus was taken off for service, so the smaller ones were used. There was about 3 bus loads waiting. One driver would only take Flying Scot passengers, so left us standing and drive off with two people in board. It took us 40 minutes to get back to the car park.

• Low Cost Good directions were given as this car park can be a little tricky to find. Have used Low Cost Car Parking in Edinburgh before with no problems but this time we stood on a cold rainy night from 3 am to 3.40 am awaiting what is supposed to be an every ten minutes service. Many other company buses arrived 3 times while we waited. They now have a larger bus so seemed to wait until a larger amount of people phoned them from the airport to fill the bus. This system does not work for weary travellers. Bus was so packed and not enough space for everyone’s luggage on racks.
