• Low Cost We got the car park and had a flat tyre, this is at about 11pm. We didn't know what to do but the guy inside the reception literally did everything he could to help us, he really went out of his way, got us a pump to temporarily pump the type enough for us to drive to a service station. He was great, a real credit and definitely helped in a stressful situation!

• Low Cost We waited 35 minutes from calling to arrange our airport shuttle back to car park, to it actually picking us up at the stance, even though its only 6minutes away from the airport. It was cold and late in the evening, we were very tired after a long day of travelling, and we seen other bus companies come and go multiple times while we waited.

• Low Cost Return journey from airport to low cost carpark was a disgrace. Driver did not help put cases in boot, he had music blaring, luggage was being thrown about during journey he was down right rude

• Low Cost Most of the staff were helpful, however both my journey to the airport (we were 20 minutes late in leaving due to him being late in returning with the bus) and coming home (we were left standing waiting for our car keys - I understand he was meant to hand them out to us but he just drove off) were hampered by the same member of staff. This gentleman seemed to be causing that ravelling passengers and his work colleagues considerable stress. If it hadn’t been for this one person I would have scored my experience with Low Cost Parking much higher.

• Low Cost It was not clear on the booking website that you have up until 23.59 to collect your car on the day you travel back. I therefore paid £1.99 for insurance cover in case our flight was delayed slightly, which turned out to be unnecessary on a flight that was due in at 2pm. When I said this to the member of staff behind the counter I was advised, with attitude, that I didn’t book through ‘his’ website. A company who decide to use a third party website should be confident in the third party website and should take joint responsibility in any criticism given in this respect as they chose to use this third party website. We also waited over 30 minutes on a bus back from the airport which, with a 3 year old, was not ideal. Numerous other companies came and went, with one coming twice in the time we waited. Will not use again.
