  • Long Stay North After parking our car in the W area we waited over min's for the bus and by the time 3 arrived but were drop of only there was a large amount of people queuing when the departure bus arrived and found it was a rush who got on. Everyone complaining. Never Again

  • Long Stay North Booking, parking and transport between car park and North Terminal were all very easy. Will use the service again and would highly recommend it. You keep your car keys which I find very reassuring.

  • Long Stay North I always have a problem exiting the car park as the system doesn't recognise my ticket (twice) however the staff always resolve it quickly, it just annoying after a long flight

  • Long Stay North My husband & I have used this car park about 3 times & every time we had a problem. I booked on line months before our holiday. When approaching barrier again our number registration was not recognised so my husband had to phone someone. They said to take a ticket but on our return will have to go into office to be let out. This is very frustrating & we noticed other people had problems too. Think its about time this car parking in & out is sorted out before we will use it anymore. I will say bus to Airport is ok but going out the bus did not even drop people outside so we all had to walk with our bags quite a way onto Airport! Not very good for people with walking disabilities.

  • Long Stay North Arrival was perfect, drove to barrier, took ticket and parked. Bus arrived within 6 minutes. Downfall was arriving Back, putting ticket in machine and being told you owe £125 when you've already paid £79,this was at 2am when we were tired and just wanted to get home. Kiosk man very helpful, appatently machine did not read car registration on entry. Not sure I really understand this as whole reg number was on ticket from machine. Apparently this happens a lot and although frustrating will not deter me from parking there again as feel this is the safest car park to use.

  • Long Stay North We arrived back to the car park 5 mins later than our booked time and were charged £37. I took any potential delays into account when I booked (added 2 hours) we arrived back on saturday, 2 hours after the ISIS stabbings and there were inevitable delays around Gatwick. How can you justify £37 for being 5 mins late. Turning to twitter
