  • Long Stay North Didn't issue me with an automated ticket. Result was at 12:30am after a long day the ticket didn't let me out and had to go and get it endorsed. Extra 20 minutes 😑

  • Long Stay North Facilities were great but exiting car park was confusing, we ended up paying again as leaving so paid £45 online and then a further £65 which was expensive for 4 days. The receipt printed blank (no ink) so no proof of that. But can provide bank statement? Is it possible to arrange refund of the additional amount we paid by mistake? We would then certainly book again. Would be grateful for a response

  • Long Stay North Car park was easy to find but there were only a few spaces remaining. Due to the tight space between cars some had not parked considerately.

  • Long Stay North Signage to car park with spaces were misleading and confusing. Several of us were just driving around following each other trying to locate non existent spaces. The bus that collected us was full and we had to wait for a second bus which obviously took longer than the 12 minutes advertised. The return trip was much better thanks, (especially at 3.30am)
