  • Long Stay South Very easy to prebook on line. The directions were clear and easy to follow. The bus stops, zones and rows were well signposted. On return in the early hours the car parks were well lit with good bus services and popping the prepaid ticket in the machine at the exit was quick and easy. One tip - send yourself a text message with the bus stop number, zone and row number and leave your ticket in the car.

  • Long Stay South We wanted parking nearby to the South Terminal. We got it. We wanted secure and safe parking. We got it. We wanted transport transfer to the terminal. We got it. We wanted a good value for money deal we got it. I have no complaints whatsoever. We received good clear directions on how to get to the car park and enter and park. The transfer bus drivers were professional and courteous, and the buses all ran on time. All in all a very stress free process from the start of our holiday to the return journey. Well done BCP!!!

  • Long Stay South Everything went very smoothly, but on the outward journey bus driver did not wait for us to finish loading suitcase before he drove off.

  • Long Stay South Service would have been fantastic except for the bus returning to the car. We told the driver where we were parked but he did not drop us at the nearest stop and we had a longer walk. He did not seem to be bothered.
    Perhaps the drivers could announce which stop they had got to, as, in the dark, late at night, it was difficult to tell where we were.

  • Long Stay South After a holiday to Majorca we returned to the Gatwick Long Stay car park to find our car had a dead battery. This was due to me leaving an interior light on. Your staff were so helpful and arranged for someone to get our poor car going. We were so pleased with the service and their friendly attitude.

  • Long Stay South The only problem was that we parked in Zone F and at the time we landed we saw 3 buses go for zones A B C D but we had to wait 25 mins for a bus to Zone E F G H and the display board informed us that there would be a bus every 10 mins. Having just arrived back from Portugal at 11.30 pm, we were very cold

  • Long Stay South Facilities great, shuttle service good and quick, only problem we had was when trying to leave car park the barrier wouldn't open as system said we owed over £100, this mistake was quickly dealt with by customer services. Overall very good

  • Long Stay South The car park pick up was very slow, big crowd couldnt get on bus when it arrived. The pick up bus from arrivals didnt seem to be every 10 mins and that got very full as well
