  • Long Stay South upon arrival barrier did not automaticly lift so had to press for a ticket,was worried i was in the wrong car park did not have time to go to office so was concerned during my holiday that i may have to pay twice,on my return at 03.00 in morning was told in office that there was technical problems with reading number plates.another customer said he had the same problem hope this is sorted out soon.will still use car park in future

  • Long Stay South The hotel was great such good value for money for an overnight stay. The car parking was very reasonable too only negative is when we returned to get our car we were in row 135 it is no where near row 134 or 136 made it really confusing had to call for help to find our car!

  • Long Stay South We would definately use BCP again but it would have been nice to have been informed of the changes that had been made. We arrived at 3am expecting to park and hand over our keys at reception and had no idea it had been changed to parking yourself. we were not the only people that were driving around confused.

  • Long Stay South Booking online was easy, we hd conirmation email giving us all the details we needed to get to the aiport parking facility. Once we arrived, it was well sign posted to which zone we could park in and we only had to wait a few minutes for the bus to the terminal. The driver on the bus was friendly and wished us a good holiday and on our return was the same. Will definitely be booking through BCP again.

  • Long Stay South Dissatisfied Customer. On exiting, my car reg was not recognised for 'pre paid' parking. Fortunately I was able to provide proof to a member of staff at the booth, without which the expense would have been horrendous.
    Booking online was no problem, however.
