• Long Stay South I was very surprised when I came back to pick up my car to find my driver's side of my car window all taped up, thinking someone has smashed my window! After some investigation it turn out I have forgotten to closed my driver's side window when I parked my car. So thanks so much to the person whom reported this to the reception and the helpful staff for securing the window for me!

• Long Stay South I was surprised I could not get out of the parking area, as the machine told me I owed you £182. I needed to go to your site office to clarify, this was an unecessary hold up as of course it was all prepaid

Coming back, the vehicle recognition system did not work for me and I was called into the office in a brusque way as if it was my fault. Luckily I had all the paperwork to hand and was soon on my way.

• Long Stay South Very happy with the service provided. Everything was exactly as it was advertised on the website. Very convenient as it is inside the airport. I tried slightly cheaper ones before but they were miles away. I think paying a bit extra is worth it as you will be in the terminal in no time.

• Long Stay South Easy to find, signage ok, buses regular and only short drive to south termninal. We pre-booked so exit quick and easy. We'd certainly plan to use again. Slightly dearer than off airport parking but the convenience is worth the extra.
