  • Long Stay South We used the Long Stay Car Park at Gatwick.
    Everything was smooth and easy.

  • Long Stay South Was concerned because ticket given on entry did not show booking ref.no. and when we left (3am after delayed flight) machine did not show pre-payment and asked for £234. Admittedly it was sorted out quickly, after short wait because we were not the only ones with this problem.

  • Long Stay South This is the 2nd. time I have had trouble leaving the car park with my ticket showing that I owed large amounts of money ( £164 ). There were problems getting though the barrier with the ticket even after the lady at the desk confirmed there was nothing to pay.
    Why she could not just operate the barrier and let me through I do not know !
    Very frustrating having this delay after a long flight !! Please sort out your computer system .

  • Long Stay South Brilliant, stress free parking.
    Well signposted, straight forward, only critcism I would have is on the bus stops it would be helpful to have something to say whether it is only for pick up somewhere else as well as inside the shelter as we walked to one, found it was only open for drop off and then had to walk some distance to the next one hoping it would be for pick up.

  • Long Stay South When we tried to leave the car park the pre paid ticket did not work. The staff were unhelpful and at 14.00. We had to reverse get out and queue to get a new ticket. It was annoying having pre paid.

  • Long Stay South We were directed to an overflow car park which was not easily identified, and on our return were unable to locate the car. We ultimately phoned your office, and one of your staff came, and was ultimately able to find it which took about 1 hour.
    Overflow car parks should be clearly identified.
