• Long Stay South The main problem was that the automatic car recognition system was not working on our return. The staff both on the transfer bus and at the exit point were however helpful in getting over the problem.

• Long Stay South Returned to a completely flat battery, expected to spend a long time waiting for a call out. However very pleasantly surprised to get 'jump start' by your very pleasant operative and roving van. Were on our way within 15 minutes of discovering problem.

However, I was informed by your helpful customer services that my car registration had been recognised and my pre-booking code was in order.
