• Long Stay South The staff were very helpful, I had problems with my ticket and the customer service staffed fixed it without any hassle. I would however say you need more staff working in customer service as there was a good 5-10 minute wait until I was served and when you have been travelling you just want to get home and on the road.

Number plate recognition very helpful, instructions of your procedures with booking were unusually clear,excellent transfer speeds to the terminal and good signposting at the airport too. thank you.

• Long Stay South Only problem was trying to change return time on line - it wouldn't let me do it. On first use it would be better if instructions said you get a normal ticket at the barrier and then have to go to the payment office on the way out - as there is confusion initially
