  I believe ou miss represent the term meet and greet and will tell people to avoid your so called service.

• Maple Parking Meet and Greet I travelled with elderly parents one is disabled & unable to walk very far. The car was brought to the premier Inn which was good. It would be good if this service can be offered always or even to the drop off point at the terminal which is nearer, as it used to be a few years ago, as this helps people with disabilities, that cannot walk very far.

• Maple Parking Meet and Greet This is the second time I have used bcp parking and will do so again in the future. There was no hassle. Just follow the instructions of where to go and they quickly sort the paperwork and away you go. It's just a quick when you get back too. Lovely, friendly people as well. It was a pleasure to use them. Pretty cheap too! Thank you.

• Maple Parking Meet and Greet Not a true meet and greet service - drop off/collection point was not immediately outside terminal, had a 45 minute wait for car on return and car suffered damage to alloy wheel as well as front end being entirely covered in bird droppings.

• Maple Parking Meet and Greet The process worked well. The only criticism is that when telephoning before arriving it is necessary to select from a series of options. This is not possible when phoning whilst driving using Bluetooth. It would be much better to go straight through to an operator.

• Maple Parking Meet and Greet Check-in was swift and we were expected. Walk to check-in is about 5mins but it is 1 lift and then all on the flat so not an issue. We had valet of car as well which was reasonable inside car (boot not 100%). Car was there on arrival and it all worked very smoothly.

• Maple Parking Meet and Greet The central telephone system is a little confusing. You could let customers know that they are phoning a central telephone number that covers all your outlets in each airport. I didn't realise that I was not speaking to the Gatwick Airport staff when I checked in.
