  • Maple Parking Meet and Greet All good accept, on return i telephoned from Sicily to inform you of a 3 hour delay, i was informed there would be no problem as it was a 24 hour service. on return to gatwick i telephoned to say we had collected our bags and was then informed that there would be an additional cost due to the delay and i should claim back from the airline. I refused to pay the additional fee as i had informed you of the delay and wasn't informed at that stage there would be an additional cost. Whilst i understand that it is not your fault that the delay occurred, but on the first communication i was not informed of the additional cost and only on my return i was informed of this. it was 3am and when we returned to the car park the car was there and nothing was said regarding an additional cost. the reason for the feedback is that the communication between different members staff needs to be better so the same message is transmitted, and also some flexibility around additional costing with consideration to the traveller, hope this helps.

  • Maple Parking Meet and Greet Smoothly dropping car off .picking car up no car was there and was told it could take up to 2 hours. This was at 3.30 am and with a young child not acceptable for a company to behave in this manor. £73 not a meet and greet service whatsoever.I wouldn't use again in fear of being stranded at airport with a young child.
