  • Purple Parking First the good - Booking was easy and the price was cheaper than competitors. Staff giving directions and checking in the car were really efficient. On return, the bus driver was very helpful and managed to get as many passengers on board as possible. Being the last off the bus I expected a long wait but was pleasantly surprised on how quickly and efficiently our keys were returned. The only downfall - Waiting so long for the return bus (approx 25 mins) then the long journey back to the car park just wanted to get home...

    20 minute frequency acceptable, but need to allow plenty of time to Terminal as a good 10/15 minute drive around the airport from far side.

  • Purple Parking When we got back to the car and tried to start it, there was warning lights came up on the dash saying that there was a problem with the engine management system. When I went to reception the said there had been no problems reported !!!. I got the RAC to cod they said that the car had been jump started or tow started. Purple Parking have denied this.

It cost us another £100 to exit because we were unwittingly in the wrong car park. This extra was actually only 50% of what should have been charged because they were kind to us!
