• Purple Parking Not happy. Awaiting response to my emails regarding a large amount of mileage increase when my car was left at car park. Nothing on your website to say the car will be parked for you. Etc staff talking amongst themselves while “serving†customers. Bus drivers very polite and helpful.

• Purple Parking on our return our car had a problem with starting due to a faulty keyless ignition and as a consequence had to wait for a recovery vehicle, we were waiting for over 4 hours and your Gatwick teams hospitality was second to none , we were offered tea and coffee and even their cakes !our 7 year old even had a go on the walkie talkie ! • Purple Parking Sign posting along the roadside near the airport will assist in finding the purple parking site. We understand that the local council removes sign posts as you enter the residential area hence the reason we say nearer the terminals.
