• Purple Parking Not enough buses to get people to the car park at 0200 in the morning making it very stressful getting to the car and meaning once there people had to wait for ages or conversely were waiting ages at the bus stop for an empty train

• Purple Parking Check-in went well and transfer to and from the airport too. My main criticism would be that on our return to the site we had to queue with those people checking in. For obvious reasons check-in takes longer, so it would have been nice to have seen a member of staff there specifically to deal with collections.
