• Purple Parking I have parked with BCP quite a few times and was surprised how bad the booking in office was. The lady who took my keys on the 2nd was not the smiley face I had experienced before - she never said have a good holiday nothing apart from 'what's your flight number'? The coaches and drivers were as ever great.

• Purple Parking There was a wait both to drop off and pick up the car. Even though I entered my flight number when I booked we were still asked for it when checking in. This would indicate that the information was not transferred once booked.
  Also it might help if staff routinely inform customers that you should come back to the check in area to collect your car upon your return.
  It would also be helpful if the letters on the board are painted in a darker colour. This would make them stand out and easier to read at night.
