  Disappointed with Purple Parking at local level as communication was poor and driver on return was arrogant and rude. Some discrepancies with central office with Purple Parking and info they give out and what you are told at the local level - very frustrating!

• Purple Parking Due to a death in the family I had to fly back early. I rang the bcp office at Gatwick, explained my situation and arrived to find my car ready for me. The gentleman I spoke to was amazingly sympathetic and helpful and I would not hesitate to use and recommend bcp to my family and friends. Many thanks.
