  • Everything went like clockwork - followed your instructions - barrier recognized car - printed ticket - parked easily - 5 days later drove out using ticket issued on arrival - no need to validate ticket - no staff involved.

  • We will be using this car par again. No waiting for transfers and a very short walk to check-in. When we arrived back late we did not have to wait in the cold and I just drove out as the barrier recognised I had paid in advance. Just what we needed after a long trip.

  • I have used the short stay car park option several times before and find it by far the most convenient way to park at Gatwick.
    This time, at short notice, I had to change the timing of my flight - I expected to have to pay more - after all, I was arriving the night before my booking but on visiting the customer service desk at the car park the member of staff there was happy not to charge me the difference in rates as the sum was relatively small - this flexible approach to customer service is rare these days and very impressive.
    I will certainly book this option with you again and have related my experience to a number of friends this weekend and recommended they use your service too.

  • Everything worked well and no problems. Notes said to go to office to validate ticket on return journey when I did this was advised that ticket had booking number on it so didn't need to go to office. Would have been useful to know this before and recognise ticket had booking reference and not had wasted time to go to office carrying luggage there and then go to car. Otherwise everything good and staff helpful.

  • Make it very clear about the exit process. While it is in the paperwork about validating the ticket prior to exit it is easy to forget. It would be helpful if it was highlighted when booking.

  • On my return, I did not remember to validate my ticket. I was hence prompted to pay an outstanding balance of £270.00. I was understandably horrified. I did not pay and the problem was promptly dealt with by the operator. PHEW!

  • The Gatwick North car park is ideal for weekend trips away - particularly good to have the car under cover on frosty winter nights. Just a pity that Easyjet chose to return us late in the evening to the far end of the South terminal!

    Your directions did not mention that I was to use Car Park 5 or Car Park 6 and there is no signage for BCP - left me wondering whether I was in the correct car park.
