Summer Special Disappointed that we had to make our own way to South terminal rather then the shuttle bus dropping at the south terminal as well as the north terminal. It added to the time taken from the car park which was one of the reasons I chose the summer special.

Summer Special as my sat nave did not take me to the car park i was booked at but as it was the same company car park the staff were very help full and let me stay there as i had already paid in advance .on my return i just showed my car park ticket to the staff and i was on my way .i shall be using B C.P AGAIN

Summer Special Easy to find, coach waiting to go to terminal, less than five minutes wait on our return, very quick at the desk to collect keys, car ready and waiting.

Summer Special Parking was easy and directions clear. Staff polite and helpful. Minimal delays. Facilities as described. Congestion around bus stop in your check in area as people get on and off the bus. Some trying to get on as others are still getting off. More shelter from the rain needed perhaps.

Summer Special Very pleased with the parking arrangements and the bus from the airport.
However, I had some difficulty with the postcode which took me to security barrier used by staff. I back tracked to the last roundabout and followed your written instructions.
Please add a warning to your instructions..
I phoned the call centre and they were not able to help as they did not know the area.
Otherwise, pleased withe parking arrangements.

Summer Special When we arrived at the car park there seemed to be no record of my booking although I had the confirmation email and paperwork. The car was still booked in and this is the first time I have had a problem.
