Summer Special Our car was parked under some sort of bird park. bird poo all over the car and baked in the sun over the 10 days we were away. The staff cleaned it off enough so that we could drive safely.
Apart from that all was good.

Summer Special Car was booked in incorrectly for return. Was put in as September but should have been August. Car was not ready and told it needed a wash to clear the bird droppings which had been deposited. Your team hosed it down in the dark but there was still some left and stains from the ones cleared. I did not expect my car to be parked under a tree and not happy about that.

Summer Special Possible bug in your booking sys. After our standard parking booking confirmation, I received a second confirmation with added extra aspire lounge. I did not book this and wasted 30 mins at Gatwick trying to cancel to avoid payment. Was not successful and almost missed flight as a result. Upon calling bcp after holiday they informed me that the lounge booking was already in process of being refunded and a bug in sys must have been to blame. Not too impressed.
