• Long Stay Getting into the parking went fine. However when we tried to get out of the car park the ticket didn't work and we ended up going to the office/help area where we had to produce our paperwork to show we had paid, then buzz through at the barrier so they could let us out. This has happened to us before.

• Long Stay Facilities were as described but would like an affordable Heathrow parking facility closer to the terminal the same as we use at Manchester. Overall pretty good transfers to and from our Terminal.

• Long Stay The whole experience was very good with the wait times for your shuttle buses the shortest I've ever known (and I've used you several times at a variety of airports). The only negative was the fact that my parking ticket issued on arrival failed to recognise that I had prepaid on departure, which meant I was slightly delayed having to park up and visit Customer Services where it was promptly rectified.

• Long Stay Directions to the car park were clear and accurate, finding a space easy and the bus turned up as we were walking to the stop and waited for us. On our return the driver was helpful, asked us which bus stop we needed and stopped for us without us having to stand up and alert him. Couldnt fault the service at all.

• Long Stay The car park was a bit further than I thought, however I did not wait for more than 5mins for the bus. Plus with my husband and a 7yr old, we had 8 pieces of luggage which we easily loaded on and off the bus.

• Long Stay Just to improve on the return signage from heathrow terminal 3. Sign shows Business (grey bus) but you need to read the details on the sign to understand that the Orange bus is the one to take to return to the long term car park.
