• Long Stay Car parking was fine but the bus driver on our return journey was driving irresponsibly in overtaking another bus in the car park as if he were racing him and was very inconsiderate when dropping off passengers.

• Long Stay The parking was good and easy guidance regarding which zone to use upon arrival. Regular buses to the terminals and helpful drivers made for a pleasant experience, better than I have had at many other airports. I don't often use Heathrow as most of my flights start at Birmingham or Manchester but if I use Heathrow again I will use your car parks.

• Long Stay The wait for the bus at the airport was longer than 15 minutes. More like 25 minutes which was rather annoying. Apart fron that it was fine.

• Long Stay I would find it difficult to suggest anything that would improve your service we have always used your company when flying from Heathrow or Gatwick and stanstead, the service is second to none, it is so simple and trouble free and also good value for money. If there was any thing that I could see that needs improving it would only be the ANPR camera at stanstead on the entrance, it always reads my plate wrong meaning we have to queue at the customer service exit but that is not really any great problem.
