  • Purple Parking Business Quick & very efficient service.
    Negatives: One the way back, I had to wait for 5 minutes to speak to an operator. The telephone service is v poor!!

  • Purple Parking Business Drop off was great but I had to wait 20mins for pick up on return. The telephone operator would not tell me how long I would have to wait for a pick up. I got the impression that the pick up came only when another couple were also waiting.

  • Purple Parking Business There was abit of confusion at Heathrow as to which bus we should get on. Two purple buses arrived before the Silver one. Might like to ensure customers are fully aware of which bus they need to catch. Apart from that sytems worked very well, and I like the fact that my car keys were passed to the driver as we came back to car park. No queuing.

  • Purple Parking Business No serious issues, but the car was moved off-site which was not expected. 8 miles added on when we got back. None of our previous trips with the car stored using the same car park have ever added any mileage on. No one was able to tell us why we had extra mileage.
    Transport to and from Heathrow was trouble free.

  • Purple Parking Business There is never any fuss on arrival. There is never more than a few minutes wait before departing for the terminal. The toilets are always a welcome facility after a long drive before arriving at the car park !!

  • Purple Parking Business We were very disappointed with Purple Parking. We had to wait over an hour to be taken back to our car on Sunday 11th Nov. We had been to a hot country so had no coats with us, and the temperature at Heathrow was 2 degrees. The car was only 5-8 minutes away. We had been travelling for 30 hours - the last think we needed was to wait an hour for a van. We were disgusted with the poor service. We will use BCP again but will endeavor to find someone more reliable than Purple Parking.

  • Purple Parking Business We arrived back at the cark park from abroad at just after 7.00am. Were surprised to find our car in the open (thought it was meant to be under cover) completely frozen over & took us nearly 30 mins to get into it & de ice it. Transfers were good.

  • Purple Parking Business Upon return had to wait approx. 15mins forferry bus.
    Being at the rear of the boarding queue I found that there were no seats available. The reason being that pax with no luggage had boarded without having their 'Boarding Voucher' checked by the driver.

  • Purple Parking Business We had to wait 20 minutes in the cold for the silver bus, the purple bus came twice in that time.
    Bus stop 22 is poorly lit and we had some difficulty finding it.
    However I can't fault your staff or organisation the check in was flawless and the staff member polite and helpful. Internet booking seamless and the site well thought out and easy to follow.

  • Purple Parking Business The service was not as quick as advertised. We were told the next bus to the airport was 2 mins away but we waited 10 minutes and then a further 10 sitting on the bus. On the return journey, the bus pulled away without us so we had to wait 30 minutes in the cold when we called to ask we were told 'literally 5 minutes'!

  • Purple Parking Business Very good service, but alas we got on the wrong grey bus at terminal one and we had reached terminal three before i realised, and it took 40 minutes before we were picked up, but it was our fault, we pu it down to jet lag.

  • Purple Parking Business The only criticism I have is that the transfer times can be quite long. More than once, I have arrived and called in, only to wait up to 40 minutes for a pick up. This can be very frustrating. Q-Park markets itself as Business Parking, but no businessman has the time to stand around for 40 minutes waiting for a bus. Otherwise, everything is great.
