  • Purple Parking Business All good as usual.Transport was a little stretched when we arrived back - probably severalovernight international flights arriving at the same time. Also, car was not ready for collection- our flight had been altered to arrive one hour earlier than we originally said on booking, but we did tell the check in person this when leaving our car and I am fairly sure they altered the computer accordingly. However, once it was realised our car was not there, it was quickly brought to the reception. So no major problem!

    However, bit of a long wait in the cold for our return trip at Bus Stop 5 and, had it been raining, I don't think there would've been enough room or shelter for everyone that was waiting! If you could secure an *under cover" stop then this would greatly improve your offering.

  • Purple Parking Business I would not use Purple Parking Business at Heathrow again. The turnaround at both ends was far too slow; almost half an hour from parking our car until the bus left on the outward journey and we waited twenty minutes for pickup on the return journey, even though we'd called ahead once we collected our luggage. The service is just too slow - they need to increase the frequency of the shuttle (it was slow last time but not that bad).
