• Purple Parking Business Booking with BCP was fine but I don't rate Rurple Business Parking - waited for over 30 minutes for the bus to transfer me to the terminal.

• Purple Parking Business Just as described, although the wait for the transfer from Terminal 5 was a little longer than hoped. However it was at 11.00 pm. The car park is outside Heathrow Airport and easy to access but it means a longer transfer to the terminal

• Purple Parking Business We arrived at Purple Parking in Heathrow with only a very short time left to check in for our flight, having been delayed by severe traffic problems. The bus driver was not very helpful and we had to argue with him to persuade him to let us get on the next bus to T4 (which the other people waiting were OK about). This was very unhelpful at a stressful time.

• Purple Parking Business Arrival went smoothly, friendly staff, no waiting around for minibus. Return trip quite different, telephoned the number and put in a queue, waited 20 minutes before answer, then waited further 15 minutes for bus at bus stop. This was a Saturday at 10am. Lucky it was dry and warm.
