Then they took another 20+ minutes to pick us up and there was by then a long queue of people. This is not the kind of service they normally provide and not what you want after a 12-hour flight.

I was not told where to collect my key, as a consequence I went into the office to collect it, when I returned to the mini bus to get my key from the driver he was about to drive off back to the air port taking my key with him.

  My only criticism would be that I had to call twice from the arrival zone re being picked up as I could get a reply the first time of calling and was on hold.
