  • Purple Parking Business Arrival at Purple Parking Business wasn't too bad, although there was a bit of a wait before the transfer minibus arrived and then we had to wait some minutes before being able to board it.
    Upon return there was a wait for our call from Arrivals before the phone was answered. I was then told that the pick-up point had been changed. The new point, Bus Stop 17A/B, is not with the other Bus Stops but further away within the Car Rentals area. The wait from calling to pick-up was around 30 minutes. We won't use it again for T5, and probably not for T1 & T3!
    You've previously provided Clic to us for T5 I think, which was far more efficient, but it wasn't offered on this occasion.

  • Purple Parking Business Staff were helpful and facilities were very good. The only comment is that I was surprised at how long I had to wait for the bus from the airport to collect my car. In the past this has been only a matter of a few minutes this time it was nearly 30 minutes.
