• Long Stay There was just one exit barrier out of service when we were leaving and the person in front of were stuck at it didnt recognise his registration number and it wouldnt scan his bar code (which wasnt very clear). But once they pressed the help button they were let through and then we were able to proceed with no problem at all.

• Long Stay Reasonably smoothly, temporary signs indicating which part of the car parks had spaces would have been useful to avoid time consuming driving around looking for spaces. The shuttle bus also took quite a long time to arrive for the outbound flight but was fine after the inbound flight.

• Long Stay Yes everything went fairly smoothly although we had to spend quite a bit of drive time looking for empty spaces - i8t would have been useful if temporary signs were put in place indicating where empty spaces could be found relatively quickly. The transfer bus going out was a good 8-10 minutes wait but coming back was fine.

• Long Stay Not smoothly at all. Leeds/Bradford Airport having problems with new machines but staff excellent and helpful and problems solved on the spot. Always use BCP usually no problems at all,very easy to book
