• Long Stay Not told that we didt need a ticket when entering car park,so had to wait for assistance. Also when leaving the car park along delay for the bar code to be accepted. Temporary bus stop outside terminal not well sign posted.

• Long Stay Yes, helpful, but why does exit barrier not raise by reading car reg' number nor by using bar code on printed document issued by BCP ?

• Long Stay Very good as last time, strait forward to use. The number plate recognition worked well both in and out. Only criticism was the bus driver who trapped my wife in the door whilst getting onto the bus after parking up, surely it is good practice to safety of passengers before shutting the doors!
