• Long Stay Was waiting over half an hour for the bus. 30 min wait for a 4 minute bus ride whats the point may aswell walk.

• Long Stay Arrived early morning parked up short walk to bus stop waited 2 mins bus arrived pulls up straight outside airport the whole experience was brilliant as I was travelling on my own didn't need anything to go wrong!On my return there was a bus already at the bus stop,walked back to my car drove to barriers entered my ticket given on my arrival and barrier lifts on my way home,happy days!!! Excellent service!

• Long Stay We were staying in the travel lodge overnight so dropped our luggage off first then went to park. My car had number recognition which was recognised upon entering a barcode. On the way home, got the airport bus to the car park & we're on our way home within minutes.
  Very efficient service which we use all the time.
  Plus, an added bonus is that I am an NHS employee therefore qualified for a discount

• Long Stay Despite prepaying, I got charged £60 on exit from the car park. I have sent a separate e-mail last Wednesday querying this and asking for this £60 to be refunded, but am yet to get a response!
