• Long Stay Didn’t speak to any staff. Barrier raised on number plate recognition upon arrival and again on departure. Waited 1 minute for bus to airport. Have used several times now and have never had any problem. Even in March this year we were diverted to Manchester airport as too foggy to land at Leeds. 3 hours later than we had booked for barrier lifted, no problem.

• Long Stay Car Park easy to find. Transfer bus to terminal arrived within 5 minutes. No need for paperwork as auto recognition for number plates. Bus picked up outside terminal within 10 minutes of arrival home. Car parks safe and would use again.

• Long Stay Everything was perfect, your on line site is easy to use, as I book with BCP once a year. My only problem this year is not a fault with BCP but with the car park itself it needs to be bigger. On arrival Long Stay Car Park 1 was full and Long Stay Car Park 2 was almost full we had to drive a round to find a space we could squeeze into then there was only about 3 spaces left! So we next year we would not consider using Leeds/Bradford. I know we might have arrived at a busy time but you don't need the extra worries before going on holiday.
