• Long Stay When I got to the barrier it would not let me in . did not recognize number plate . had to press button on intercoms and wait for ages for you to sort it out . same when we come home off holiday at 3 am same happened again . I'd pre booked and could have done without this hassle.

• Long Stay the leeds,bradford long stay car park, is a long way from the terminal which you have to get a bus to, but if i park off site i get it cheaper and there is also a bus ride, however it’s cheaper? make it cheaper and i’m sur3 it will be used more.

• Long Stay Attitude of staff on bus transfer an utter disgrace with no regard for safety of passengers on the bus .
  Totally over loaded with too many people and cases and having to get off bus with cases to allow others further down to get off with theirs and then having to get back on again .
