About Greet and Go

The London-City Airport with Greet and Go parking package offers convenience for an amazing value - simply hand over your keys to the uniformed driver who'll meet you at the car park, grab your luggage and go!

On Arrival

Call the car park when you're twenty minutes away to let them know you're nearly there. This is essential, as if your car spends too long in the car park, you may be subject to a fine. Drive to the on-site car park (formerly Long Stay), and take a ticket to go through the entrance barrier. Park in a space, where a uniformed driver will meet you. Provide them with your keys, the ticket you received from the barrier, and then head on your way to the terminal. The terminal is a mere 3-5 minute walk away.

On Return

Call Meet and Go ahead to let them know you're returning and head back to the car park where you dropped off your car. You'll be met by a uniformed driver with your car, and will have your keys returned. You will be provided with a ticket for the exit barrier, and will need to pay an exit fee. If you leave within 10 minutes of your car arriving at the car park, you will be charged £3.20. If you leave within 29 minutes, you will be charged £7.50.

Security

Your car will be kept in a secured, Park Mark awarded car park. The Park Mark indicates that this car park has top security, awarded by the British Parking Association.

Transfers

No transfers are needed with this parking package. The terminal is simply a five minute stroll away!

Accessibility

As a shuttle transfer is not needed with this service, this package is suitable for customers with limited mobility.

Additional Information

  • You can only drop your car off during the car park's opening times. Monday - Friday: 5am - 10pm. Saturday: 5am - 1pm. Sunday: 11am - 10pm.
  • You must ensure your car is legal and roadworthy, with valid insurance, MOT and road tax. You may be liable for extra fees incurred by the car park otherwise.
  • The car park only accepts vehicles with a maximum height of 2 metres and a maximum width of 2.5 metres.
  • You need to arrive as close to your booking time as possible. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you could be charged a £30 waiting fee.
  • Ensure you call 20 minutes before you arrive to avoid unnecessary fees.
  • When you return, you must show your booking confirmation ticket and pay any parking charges, otherwise the car park may not be able to return your car.
  • Any damage to your vehicle must be reported before you leave.
