• Airparks Drop and Go On our return to Luton Airport, the instructions we were given were to head for coach departure gate number 4. It turned out after having to ask a number of people that we needed to go to D not 4 - so why was this incorrect on your instructions?? We were not the only people who had made the error. One couple had been delayed over 45 mins by going to the wrong area
