• Airparks Drop and Go The staff were helpful but there was no obvious use for the Priority Lane voucher we had to download. Also your information about Luton Airport was out of date - there is no longer a bus lane 17!!!We had difficulty finding where to go - and the driver said we weren't the only ones complaining. A shame because normally we find BCP good.

• Airparks Drop and Go I'm sure you're aware that the shuttle bus bay layout at Luton airport has changed. That makes the printed info re bay 17 obsolete. Non frequent travellers will not be aware of the traffic light system on the bays that drivers have to comply with. You could provide a notice advising passengers that even if the bus is empty and passengers waiting, the driver cannot let more passengers onboard while he awaits a green light to reverse out.

• Airparks Drop and Go Everything went really smoothly until the return part where i had booked the return greet as it was advertised as hassle free. After collecting our luggage i phoned the number straight away where i was informed my car would be at the designated drop within 15 minutes. The first call was at 11:02. At 11:20 i rang again after being stood around in the car park waiting for my car. After a further 5 minutes my vehicle arrived, not the hassle free quick experience i was expecting or that i had paid for. It would have been as quick to catch the bus and return to the car park ourselves. Not very pleased.
