• Airparks Drop and Go Upon returning to Luton or least favourite airport. It’s easy to see why it is always voted as least favourite airport in UK. Your information told us to catch a bus from bay 17, there was no bay 17. We were told by staff to use bay M, again no signage to show bay M. More by luck than anything we found the bus and got to our car. Not a good situation you must agree?

• Airparks Drop and Go Pick location on directions at Luton say bus stop 17, there is no bus stop 17. On receipt it asks bus stop M (16) there is no 16 either and no bus stop with M at Luton. Eventually asked a driver who told us it was the last two bays. No marking on the bays, no number or letter, nothing. An absolute shambles. Not what you need at midnight after a long day

• Airparks Drop and Go On the return back there was no airparks bus for 30 mins. Phoned airparks and was given the wrong info by an agent and also a manager who told me to go to bay d?? Have to run to catch this bus with 2 young children. There were was a mad scrum and we just about for on. Not a good experience in the wet cold dark evening with 2 small kids.

• Airparks Drop and Go I lost the ticket used to reclaim my car keys. A fellow passenger gave me the emergency number written on her ticket. The young lady who took my call reassured me, tasked me to take my passport to the office and the situation was resolved immediately. I was really impressed with this painless efficiency.

• Airparks Drop and Go Arrival was great but our meet and greet was awful. Stood waiting for a full 15 minutes in the multistory at 1:30 in the morning while everyone else collected their cars. When i rang to complain i was told the other company was a professional meet and greet service! I agree.

  A lot of work going on in the check in area and a couple of the devices were out of use, however there was a helpful chap on hand to guide everyone through.

• Airparks Drop and Go Some staff at the exit gate would be great. Took us 15 minutes to get out of the car park.
  And do the barriers really need to be down? You've already paid, you've collected your keys. In quiet times, yes I can understand but when there are over 50 cars all wanting to leave at one time a member of staff can be on the barrier to keep it up.
