• Airparks Drop and Go It was quite a long walk from arrivals to the meet and greet area and even though we phoned in plenty of time we still had to wait for our car. If it had been raining we, and our luggage would have been soaked as there was no covered area on the whole journey.

• Airparks Drop and Go Staff misguided us about the time of bus coming to Luton, so I went to get coffee for me and family. I had to rush back because the bus came early. The driver didn't allow us with the coffee on bus( which is fair enough because of their policy) but then he said "it's not a Bar! ". I didn't like that comments from the driver. I had to waste all the coffees to get on to the bus.

• Airparks Drop and Go I expect to be able to pick the car up in the same condition it was left with the car park. I came in a sparkling clean 2 day old car and after a week with Airparks Luton it looked like a 20 year old cement mixer - absolutely filthy. This is in no way professional and neither it is acceptable. Things like this should not be happening, because of all the dirt there was no way to tell whether there was any damage to the paintwork. Would never book with Airparks again.

• Airparks Drop and Go All good, very good service. My only negative would be there are no signs back to the motorway on the way out. We had a late flight, when we left the park it was pitch black and no motorway signs. Couldnt get my savnav on.

• Airparks Drop and Go very efficient, very helpful. My one improvement suggestion is that it would be better for the bus to have a luggage trailer attached rather than having to struggle to load and unload heavy cases in the racks on the bus. This wou ld leave more room for passengers to sit down.
