  • Airparks Drop and Go It was OK. A quick explanation of how to get out of the barrier may be helpful when collecting the keys. It wasn't obvious to many and there was a long queue to get out. One car even had to reverse and tailgate someone else as I think he had thrown his tag away. It took us a couple of minutes to work it out.

  • Airparks Drop and Go On coming home, there was amassive amount of people waiting for a bus to return to there cars. not enough space for everyone to get on, we where all soaked as it had been raining. Then the bus didn't start and had to wait 10 mins for him to fix. Our car had been parked in a massive puddle and I had to reverse my car out for us to load luggage and my children but the water had drenched my shoes. Not fantastic service. Dropping off the car was no problem. Coming back was awful and not a great experience.

  • Airparks Drop and Go The staff were helpful but the whole set-up was a shambles.
    When I arrived and was ready for my car I called on my UK mobile. I spoke to a woman who asked for a return number should we be cut off, I gave the number and was put on hold while they "called my Australian mobile" - I asked why but they'd already gone.... the aussie mobile never rang and they never came back. It was very odd.
    I was taken off hold by a man who had no idea about the call, he arranged the pick up but then take took 40+ minutes to arrive.
    I realise the traffic was bad but (a) you had my flight number (b) I had booked the car for 4pm (so some time after the 3.30pm arrival) and I saw many other cars from your competitors parked ready and waiting.
    I'd suggest charging more and parking the cars at the car park for longer in peak congestion times, your organisation would really stand out with such a great delivery.
    In the end I was very grateful to get my car but I was disappointed to have had to wait 40+ minutes from the time I called to get the car. I'm very glad I didn't have my three kids (under 10) with me.

  • Airparks Drop and Go On the way out, we were very pleased with the service, we dropped our car at the car park and used the bus to the airport. All very smooth and fast. We decided to pay £25 extra for the meet and greet service to save time on our return and frankly would have been on the road quicker using the bus service! we had to wait at least 20 minutes for our car to be driven to the meet and greet point, despite calling as soon as we got our luggage. Luckily it was not raining as there was no shelter or anywhere to sit and wait. Poor service and felt ripped off.

  • Airparks Drop and Go Car parking process quick and fairly easy. Airport a good way away from car park but shuttle bus wait wasn't too long. Finding car in the dark was interesting but manageable.
